ASAHI dumbwaiters
A dumbwaiter has a small stainless steel cabin with its hatch at kitchen counter height or floor level. Staff put a tray in, press send, and a chime sounds when it reaches the receiving floor.
An interlock ensures the lift cannot run while a door is open.
